Welcome! Thank you for visiting my personal website! My name is Ranthony (RAN-THUH-KNEE) Ashley Clark Edmonds and I am a fifth year doctoral candidate in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Iowa.
My research area is Commutative Ring Theory. I am presently working on my dissertation where I am studying factorization in polynomial rings with zero divisors with my advisor Dr. Daniel D. Anderson.
Before I came to the University of Iowa, I attended Eastern Kentucky University where I graduated in 2013 with a Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences under the advisement of Dr. Patrick Costello.
In 2011, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in African-American Studies from the University of Kentucky.
